Hangin' with Daddy

Pauline, most of these pictures are pretty much for you. Your son is a great daddy, and I can't wait for her to get a little bigger so he can really have fun with her. Of course she doesn't realize this yet, but she totally has him wrapped around her little fingers. It really is a site to behold.





She is cutting her first tooth, out of order, but would you expect anything less from our child. Ha. Her poor little gums. As soon as I can, or if she'll let me, I will try to take a picture. And, of course, EVERYTHING goes into her mouth. Cat hair, mommy hair and all. I'm kinda surprised she hasn't hacked up a hair ball.
On another note, she is completely perplexed by the cats. She's not fast enough yet, but watch out once she get mobile kitty's.

The Beach 2009 #2

All in all, we had a great trip to the beach and then to Atlanta. As you can tell from the video, she's not real sure about the ocean. I can hear her saying "It's loud mommy, and wet, and cold!" She has been doing a bunch of sleeping the past few days, poor thing. Personally, I'm kind of jealous, I wish I could sleep like that!
I wasn't mad in this first picture, caught off guard, but I love the look on her face. She hadn't been awake long, and I think we were in the tunnel. That face says, "What's going on, how'd I get here, and are they going to eat me?!"











Here are some pictures of playtime once we got back from Atlanta. She is NOT, I repeat, NOT a fan of the car seat at all.

August 2009 the Beach

Here are some photos of our trip to Myrtle Beach. Madison is not really the biggest fan of the water, as you will see in the video that I will post once we get home. We leave the beach tomorrow to go to Atlanta for a few days for Jason's work. Enjoy the pics.

Fun With Friends

We have been having so much fun with this mommy group that I'm in. There is always a great amount of visual entertainment for her - of course that means she'll sleep good. Here are some photos of our fun with friends.








The play date we went to yesterday was "Silly Snack Day," so we all brought something fun for the kiddos. Ericka made this edible play dough/peanut butter stuff that was really cute. And I made the fruit flowers.




The mirror in our bedroom is a complete disaster now that she drools and eats everything. But you have to admit, it's really darn cute.

We go back to the doctor, for her 4 month check up, on the 18th. And we're taking a much needed, all-be-it short, vacation this weekend, since Jason has a three days off in a row. Woohoo!! Not real sure where we are going yet, but there will be water and sand involved. And don't worry, there will be plenty of pictures taken.
